DOCUMENT PREPARTION STAFFS
Job Description: In this position, you will be preparing files/documents to be scanned. You will remove folders from a banker box, then you will prepare the paper files to be scanned. You will remove paper clips, staples, clamps, and files clips. You will insert the barcode sheet in between the files and place them back in the box. This is a straightforward job – requires no special knowledge.
Required: The company requires you to be focused, perform your work quickly and error-free.
Wages: $13.00 Per Hour. Final wages are based on knowledge, skill, experience, and performance.
SCANNER OPERATORS
Job Description: In this position, you will be removing documents already prepared by the Document Preparation staff to scan and run these documents through the document scanner. You will then place the scanned documents back into the banker box. You will name the scanned documents with a unique number or file name. This job requires that you have good computer knowledge. The company will also provide you with special training to scan these files. ViaTRON scans four media-types – Paper Files, Wide-Format or Large Drawings, Microfilm and Microfiche. If you have good computer knowledge and experience, ViaTRON will train you on these specialized scanners.
Required: You are required to have good computer skills and prior knowledge with experience. This job required your full focus and attention.
Wages: $14.00 - $15.00. Final wages are based on knowledge, skill, experience, and performance.
WORK SHIFTS
Shift-Standard: Starts at 8:00 a.m. Ends at 5:00 p.m. There is a 10-minute Break after every two hours of work. Lunch is at 12:00 p.m.
Other Shift may open in the future.
All hired applicants must pass employee background check.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer Skills and Scanning Skills is a PLUS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous clerical experience or administrative background
