POSITION SUMMARY

Do you like working with your hands, figuring out how machines tick, and seeing a finished product come off the line exactly right? ViaTech is looking for a Bindery Operator who wants to build a real skilled trade. You will set up, run, and fine-tune precision industrial equipment, solve mechanical problems on the fly, and take pride in work that meets tight specifications. This is a hands-on role with paid training, cross-training on multiple machines, and a clear path to grow your skills, your pay, and your career.

TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH

  • Paid, hands-on training. Learn each machine side by side with experienced operators and technicians. If you have the mechanical aptitude and the drive, we will teach you the rest.
  • A skills path, not a dead end. Progress from Operator to Multi-Machine Operator to Lead Operator or Setup Technician. As you qualify on more equipment and take on setup and lead responsibilities, your pay grows within the range.
  • Cross-training on multiple machines. Build a broad set of industrial equipment skills that make you more valuable here and throughout your career.
  • Real maintenance know-how. Work alongside our maintenance team and OEM service technicians to learn how the equipment is serviced, calibrated, and repaired.
  • Room to move up. Strong operators grow into lead, setup technician, maintenance, and supervisory roles.
