Residential Youth Operations Manager
A Great Opportunity / $56,500 per year / Full Time/ On Call as required

Responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- May substitute degree with high school Diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Valid DL that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
