Shift Hours (includes 20 min paid lunch; Monday-Friday workweek)
3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
"We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $22.00-$28.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.”

Position Summary:
The CNC Lathe Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision metal components according to engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up CNC lathe machines for production runs.
Load raw materials and verify tooling configurations.
Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
Follow all required work and maintenance instructions and procedures
Load component materials into product specific tools
Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements
Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience
Experience with one of the following lathes: Makino, Haas, or Mazak
CMM training a plus
Must have proficient knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection equipment and techniques
Basic shop math skills required
Proficient knowledge of reading blueprints and/or operation sheets
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with small precision parts
