The Nursing Manager (NM) is responsible for the daily supervision of the facility’s nursing department. The NM interviews, hires, and trains all new nurses, as needed, ensuring proper staffing of the department at all times. The NM works under the supervision of the facility Medical Director, providing direct medical and nursing care to patients on a daily basis. The NM maintains nursing department compliance with all national, state, and third-party licensure standards, completing chart audits and policy/procedure reviews and modification. The NM provides the facility leadership team with updates, concerns, and current solutions regarding the functioning of the nursing department. The NM is responsible for resolving patient insurance issues as they pertain to medical procedures and/or medication.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
