This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Coordinator based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the admission process, interacting with prospective patients and families, providing excellent customer service, verifying insurance details including Medicare, and assisting with onboarding and training. This role involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless intake experience for new patients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Medicare processes and experience with Medical Terminology
- Experience in Training and onboarding processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using patient management or CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
