Duties
o Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities equipment including but not limited to:
- HVAC systems
- Chiller systems
- Compress Air systems
- Lighting
- Plumbing systems
o Oversee activities by outside service providers related to facility building system maintenance
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- 2-5 years of relative experience (e.g. HVAC Technician)
- Section 608 Technician Certification
- Organizational skills
Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to:
- Electrical control systems
- Mechanical drive systems
- Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems
- HVAC/Chiller systems
- General plumbing knowledge
