The Executive Operations Manager is a high-impact, trusted partner to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for delivering seamless executive support, driving operational discipline across the Product organization, and enabling the executive to operate at peak effectiveness.
This role integrates traditional executive assistant responsibilities with product operations support, communications preparation, media/event coordination, and light project management. It is ideal for a high-energy, highly organized, self-driven professional who delivers with polish, anticipates needs, and creates structure in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
The Executive Operations Manager operates as the “air traffic controller” for the Chief Product Officer, ensuring priorities stay on track, materials are sharp, communications are crisp, and the Product organization runs with precision and clarity.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Product Operations & Business Rhythm Enablement
- Support the Product organization’s operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings, product reviews, roadmap updates, and planning cycles.
- Build high-quality presentations and meeting artifacts that clearly communicate priorities, decisions, and progress.
- Partner with the broader product team to align deadlines, dependencies, and workflows.
- Track commitments and follow-ups across the Product leadership team and ensure accountability.
- Streamline processes by creating templates, operating guidelines, meeting structures, and communication norms.
- Coordinate internal and external engagements for the Chief Product Officer, including industry conferences, media events, client meetings, panels, and internal forums.
- Draft and prepare executive bios, talking points, briefings, and supporting content for media or speaking events.
- Work closely with Communications to ensure consistent, polished messaging across all external appearances.
- Own logistics, coordination, timelines, and preparation requirements for all communication-related activities.
- Manage light project planning for cross-functional workstreams
- Develop project trackers, action logs, and status updates to maintain momentum and visibility.
- Conduct light research and synthesis to prepare executive briefings and decision materials.
- Support preparation for ELT sessions, Board updates, and product strategy reviews.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritization, and sequencing.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel; develop detailed itineraries and briefing materials.
- Oversee inbox management, triage communications, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare, refine, and manage executive-level correspondence, presentations, agendas, talking points, and briefing documents.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
- 5 years of blended experience across business operations, project management, and executive support,
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in technology, consulting, or SaaS/product organizations preferred
- Expert-level skills in presentation design (PowerPoint); strong visual storytelling capability.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to craft polished, concise executive-ready materials.
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, competing priorities, and confidential information.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence without authority, and manage cross-functional interactions.
- Self-driven, proactive, anticipatory mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

- Showcase your creative and technical strengths: Use your exceptional presentation design, communication skills, and storytelling ability to elevate the quality of executive deliverables seen by the ELT, Board, clients, and external audiences.
- This is a regular, full-time position.
- This is a hybrid role.
- Location: New York. Open to locations with the best candidate (east coast preferred).
- Compensation: $108,700 - $155,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
