VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and/or insurance defense is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using WestLaw to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation.
