What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Assistant position at Viaero Wireless?
As a Supply Chain Assistant, you would be responsible for assisting the supply chain team with various tasks including reporting, fulfillment of product, receiving of products, local route deliveries and more. This is an onsite position, working from our Warehouse located in Fort Morgan.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily/weekly reporting to help track sales and other inventory related pieces to help maintain clean and accurate inventory.
- Route Deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays to our local locations.
- Processing customer requests to unlock devices.
- eBay Sales – Post listings and process sales through our eBay location.
- Cross trained in all areas in supply chain to assist as needed during peak seasons and to fill in for coworkers’ absences.
- Work closely with the supply chain team and collaborate to ensure the department is running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess clear, concise, and professional communication skills. The Specialist must be able to consistently utilize both verbal and written communication methods to execute the needs of the business and maintain service levels.
- Have the aptitude and ability to learn about our plans, services, and technical features of our products and customer accounts.
- Experience working with computer systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Ability to pass pre-employment processes including substance screen, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
