Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate a collaborative and productive team environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required
- 5 years of related experience in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
