About the Role
Via is supporting a leading provider of mobile energy, power generation, heating, and cooling solutions in the search for a Sales Representative to support growth across the petrochemical and refinery sector in the Texas region.
This is a commercially focused role where you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that keep critical operations running.
You will manage both existing accounts and new business development activity, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing customers across industrial and petrochemical sectors
- Conduct face-to-face and remote sales meetings to develop opportunities
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate rental and service solutions
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations
- Sell equipment rental solutions including power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term sales plans
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline management using a CRM system
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales within petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business
- Experience managing accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
- Good understanding of power generation, HVAC, or compressed air systems
- Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience desirable
