Join Our Growing Hardware Operations Team!
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for computer system testing, troubleshooting, and repair. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in computer system testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent technical field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production and repair environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, test, repair, and validate computer systems and electronic hardware.
- Support production, RMA, and system integration activities.
- Lead by example and assist in guiding technicians and daily operations.
- Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing, repair, and manufacturing processes.
