No experience needed. This is a great role for someone with delivery, route-based, or in-home service experience who is comfortable working independently and interacting with customers.
No prior satellite or cable experience required — we provide full paid training.
This is a professional, customer-facing technician role — not general labor. You will manage your own daily route, use tools regularly, and build a long-term career in a growing industry with strong earning potential.
Requirements (Read Before Applying)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Comfortable working on ladders/roofs, outdoors, and in tight spaces
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a personal, reliable vehicle (not shared or public transportation) for the first 4–6 weeks (company vehicle provided after training)
- Must be able to travel to Front Royal, VA or Indiana, PA for the first 3 days of training (remaining training completed in your home territory)
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
What You’ll Do
- Install Starlink internet, satellite systems, and smart home devices
- Set up equipment and provide a professional in-home customer experience
- Manage your daily route and complete scheduled jobs
- Identify opportunities to earn additional income through on-site sales
