We are a 120-bed facility, providing comprehensive mental health services for adults and adolescents in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. Specializing in treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
- This position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via Arizona BHLRP program.**
- Full-Time Role: Choose between an Employed W-2 or Independent Contractor/1099 position.
- Job Title: Adult or Adolescent Psychiatrist.
- Setting: Primarily Inpatient; Outpatient program development opportunity available if interested.
- Consistent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
- Minimal Call/Weekends: Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week.
- What You'll Do: Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow ups, and treatment team leadership.
- Caseload: Inpatient caseload average of 13-15 patients per day.
- Competitive Package: Base salary compensation plus bonus earnings potential.

- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible General Psychiatry required.
- Licensure: Current Arizona medical license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Experience: Inpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
