Operational Leadership

- Oversee daily operations of all practice locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant workflows.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards to support high-quality care and operational excellence.
- Monitor patient access, scheduling, and throughput to maintain optimal capacity and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and growth.
- Manage operational budgets, financial forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visit volumes, care management claims, revenue, collections, and productivity.
- Partner with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate charge capture, coding compliance, and timely reimbursement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and support staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Promote an environment of respect, engagement, and patient-centered service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and value-based care efforts.
- Partner with clinical leaders to achieve high performance on clinical quality metrics and patient experience scores.
- Support strategic planning, service expansion, and operational integration initiatives.
- Lead or participate in projects related to technological adoption, population health, or care coordination.
- Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and demonstrate outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience (primary care or ambulatory setting strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and manage complex operational systems.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare reimbursement.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational performance, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
