The Role:

As a Residential Architect at Via Design, your role will be crucial in shaping the living spaces of our clients. This position requires a creative and technical individual capable of leading the design and execution of residential projects while embodying our commitment to excellence and innovation. This role is designed for those who are proficient in the art and science of architecture and possess the vision to lead residential projects with a blend of technical mastery and creative genius.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a lead designer, you will oversee the design process for residential projects. Must have advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.

• You will oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, consultants, and team members.

• You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting diverse deadlines.

• You will be deeply involved in the Design Development and Construction Documentation phases to guarantee design integrity and project success.

• You will produce detailed construction documentation for high-end residential buildings.

• Additionally, you will conduct site visits to ensure that design specifications are being adhered to and client expectations are met.

Who You Are:

We are searching for a highly skilled Architect based in Michigan with at least seven years of relevant experience designing high-end residential spaces. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic professional who can contribute to a wide range of tasks, from CAD production to mentoring junior staff and aiding on complex projects. Candidates must hold an architect's license in Michigan. A strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn continuously are essential qualities that we seek in a team player.
