Job Summary
VIA INC. is looking for a Parts Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to motivate others while staying detail-focused.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Process, stock, and post incoming part orders and returns
- Use scanners and laptops to pick parts and place them in technician bins for delivery
- Document part status, interactions, and email communications using our internal systems
- Maintain organized records and uphold security and confidentiality of documents/data
- Respond professionally and promptly to emails from team members and parts distributors
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the right parts and support
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
- Support inventory counts and assist with department upkeep
- Lead by example, creating a positive and productive team culture
