- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
- Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves

A Day In The Life
Every day is different as you work for Via 313. Sometimes, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks and Servers have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering Detroit-styled pizza. Other times, you’ll be wearing many hats in the back of house!
