The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of Vi-Leon’s growing team, responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring top talent to join our Beverly, MA headquarters. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding and plays a central part in shaping the candidate experience and strengthening Vi-Leon’s employer brand.

What You’ll Do
- Source and Engage Talent: Identify and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles
- Own the Recruitment Process: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through every step of the process
- Create a Standout Candidate Experience: Communicate proactively with candidates, provide feedback, and ensure every interaction reflects Vi-Leon’s values and culture
- Strengthen Our Brand: Support employer branding through social media content, recruiting campaigns, and participation in networking and community events
- Build Campus Connections: Partner with colleges and universities to drive campus recruiting efforts, attend career fairs, and foster early-career talent pipelines (local travel required)
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with leadership to align recruitment strategies, share insights, and continuously improve our processes
