SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - Account Management & Recruiting

This opportunity is fully in-office based in Beverly, MA.

This role includes both Account Management and Recruiting responsibilities, giving you full exposure to the sales cycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduating seniors/recent graduates looking to launch a long-term career in sales, business, or leadership. No prior sales experience required — we provide all the training and mentorship needed to succeed.

What is Sales at Vi-Leon?

Sales at Vi-Leon is a true team effort. Account Managers build client partnerships and drive business growth, while Recruiters identify, connect with, and support top talent throughout their career journey. In this combined role, you’ll develop skills on both sides of the business — giving you a complete understanding of how staffing works and an unmatched foundation for a career in sales, business development, or leadership.

You will learn to manage client relationships, source and interview candidates, and connect the two sides of the business together. This role teaches foundational sales, communication, and relationship-management skills that can accelerate your career and open doors to leadership and entrepreneurship long-term.


Account Management Responsibilities

On the client side, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce and hiring needs
  • Identify key decision-makers in companies that rely on contract talent and staffing support
  • Build new client relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain long-term client partnerships to support ongoing projects and hiring initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and expanding your book of business
  • Work closely with the Recruiting side of the business to connect qualified candidates with open client opportunities


Recruiting Responsibilities

On the talent side, you will:

  • Build relationships with professionals who are seeking their next career opportunity through networking, outreach, and ongoing communication
  • Learn about candidates’ skills, experience, career goals, and interests to match them with opportunities that align with their strengths and long-term objectives
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and overall fit
  • Partner closely with the Account Management side to understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates for open positions
  • Generate business leads and market insight through candidate conversations, helping identify hiring trends and potential client opportunities
  • Guide candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process by providing preparation, feedback, and consistent communication
  • Maintain relationships with consultants throughout their assignments and support them in securing future opportunities
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and campus recruiting
