We’re looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our collaborative, patient-centered Psychiatry Team. If you’re passionate about behavioral health and want to make a real impact without sacrificing work-life balance, this role was built for you.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a trusted member of our behavioral health team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions
- Create individualized treatment plans alongside an interdisciplinary care team
- Recommend and manage psychotherapeutic and medication-based interventions
- Partner with facility staff on behavioral strategies and holistic care planning
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
And yes—this role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, no on-call, and the flexibility to manage your own time.
What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted CRNP license in Pennsylvania
- A passion for patient-centered care, especially in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- A commitment to practicing with compassion, ethics, and integrity
