Summary: Under the supervision of the Manager of Client Relations, this entry-level position is responsible for supporting the Client Relations department. The primary focus is on assisting the firm’s business development initiatives and providing cross-functional support to achieve the firm’s business goals and initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the creation of client-facing materials that highlight the firm’s experience and capabilities. Assist in producing communications content, including firm news, matter highlights, social media posts, practice profiles, brochures, and presentation materials (digital and print), in accordance with established guidelines. Collect and prepare data for awards, surveys, and directory submissions; draft related content and facilitate the review and approval process with partners. Conduct research on submission opportunities and other content-related topics; prepare background materials and coordinate partner interviews for awards and recognitions. Prepare competitive rankings analysis and interpret results. Maintain and update experience databases, including matter lists, client information, thumbnails, and key data points; collaborate with deal teams to develop case studies and highlights. Coordinate attorney profile updates, including bios, headshots, publication lists, and related materials. Support the execution of new workflows as business needs evolve. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong research and analytical skills. Flexibility to work outside standard hours, as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused professional environment, such as a law firm or similar setting; with a minimum one to two years of experience preferred. The expected base salary range for this role is $85,000-$90,000. The base salary offer is based on a variety of factors which includes, but not limited to, qualifications, education and experience.
