Job Title: BA/Analyst - FIRCO Continuity

Looking for a BA/Analyst with strong hands-on experience in FIRCOSoft Continuity, specifically the Continuity module used for real-time transaction screening in AML–Sanctions monitoring. Candidate must have solid banking domain knowledge with expertise in AML processes, sanctions rules, and screening workflows. Should be able to gather requirements, analyze real-time screening results, and collaborate closely with compliance and technology teams.
