Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
The Assistant Manager, Corporate Health assists with the coordination of the Corporate Wellness program. He/she networks, builds and cultivates relationships with local employers to positively impact the hospitals’ revenue through targeted business development strategies and to create healthier communities. He/she works to develop new lectures and screenings for the HealthWorks program in order to ensure growth. He/she assists with the development of annual marketing plan that outlines growth strategies and marketing tactics for growing VHC’s Corporate Wellness program. The Assistant Manager Corporate health must be able to give a variety of health education lectures and perform a variety of health screenings.
Education
Bachelor's degree in health promotion, health education, or in a related field is required.
Experience
One year of experience in health promotion/wellness is required.
Certification/Licensure
Experience in business is preferred.
