Role Description
The Residential Appraiser Trainee will in conducting property appraisals, inspecting properties, collecting relevant data, analyzing property market value, and preparing detailed reports. This is a part-time, on-site/remote role located in Weslaco, TX. The Trainee will also work directly with clients, maintaining clear communication and meeting required deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising techniques
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and Property Valuation principles
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Basic understanding of real estate market trends
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in real estate or finance is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site property visits
