Custodial Supervisor - Youngstown (Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 1:00am)

• Schedule staff and assure adequate coverage for site duties
• Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined.
• Use the correct step by step procedure for each cleaning task.
• Follow manufacturer's recommendations for use of all cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Maintain, order and issue supplies and equipment including inventory of needed supplies.
• Maintain all equipment, supplies, or supply rooms in and orderly fashion.
• Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to Area Manager.
• Submits requests for repair of equipment to Area Manager.
• Assist in performing duties of workers supervised.
• Ensure a level of cleanliness which meets the quality expectations of the customer.
• Always interact with fellow employees and public caretaker in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Contributes information for employees' annual reviews as requested.
• Performs and completes payroll as required

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training preferred.  Previous supervisor experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills are necessary to be successful.
