Work Hours Classification: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 5:00am- 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meets or exceeds departmental expectations.
- Sorting returned packages by type and company
- Navigating multiple different places within our warehouse management system
- Inspecting product for manufacture quality
- Damaging out product that does not meet the criteria for manufacture quality
- Creating the RMA in D365
- Doing extensive research within D365
- Reshipping of orders
- Creating purchase orders and receiving customer owned stock
- Performing cycle counts on customer owned stock
- Manage and maintain the COS picking locations
- Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support for the business.
- Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds.
- Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management.
- Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives.
- Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.
- Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
