Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the redesign of our Token Manager system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within the context of advanced product management frameworks such as SAFe. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end product management process for the Token Manager redesign, from ideation to launch.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
· Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
· Utilize SAFe methodologies to manage product backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies.
· Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
· Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Mandatory Skills:
· Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on software products.
· Strong understanding of SAFe Advanced Product Management principles.
· Experience in leading product redesign initiatives.
