Job Description: Siebel Developer- Junior
Location: Fort Worth TX Hybrid
Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and customization of Siebel CRM applications.
- Support configuration, scripting, and integration tasks under guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Siebel applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Perform unit testing and support system testing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Siebel CRM architecture and functionalities.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C , or scripting (JavaScript, VBScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Siebel Tools and Siebel Workflow.
- Understanding of web services and integration concepts.
- Experience with Oracle databases.
- Internship or academic project experience in CRM systems.
