This role also requires leadership in guiding a team of analysts and ensuring consistent application of best practices across projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applies analytic methodologies and principles to address mission needs and ensure alignment of solutions with organizational objectives
- Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to evaluate and achieve project goals
- Leads and mentors analyst team members, providing guidance on methodology, quality assurance, and professional development
- Conducts activities in direct support of project team objectives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to high-level analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation
- Resolves complex problems that require expert-level knowledge of the related technical subject matter
- Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to develop specialized and effective solutions
- Serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that analytic approaches and project deliverables meet mission requirements
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise applying analytic methodologies to large-scale or mission-critical projects
- Strong background in data collection, data modeling, interviewing, and project testing
- Experience creating performance measurements to assess and improve project outcomes
- Ability to apply subject matter expertise across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and sustainment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve highly complex technical challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team of analysts

Experience:
- 10 years of specialized experience in analysis and project support functions
