Construction QA/QC Electrical Inspector – Data Center Project (Pennsylvania)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Inspector to support a mission-critical data center construction project in Pennsylvania. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections of electrical installations (13.8kV–120V).
- Oversee startup, pre-functional, and de-energized equipment inspections.
- Document inspection results, track deficiencies, and maintain logs.
- Coordinate with contractors, AHJs, and project teams.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Prepare SOPs, MOPs, and project documentation.
- Utilize QA/QC and commissioning software (BIM360, CxAlloy, Facility Grid).
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ QA/QC field experience in data center construction.
- Technical or engineering degree preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical testing tools (PQM, thermography, NETA, etc.).
- Familiarity with systems such as transformers, UPS, generators, ATS/STS, switchgear, and fuel systems.
- Strong data management, reporting, and communication skills.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday.
