What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Content Creator / Videographer position at VFX Creators?
Part-time, 10-15 hours per week - Path to full-time
We are a creator brand with over 1 million followers teaching entrepreneurs how to grow on social media. Our content reaches millions of people every month. We are building the team that takes it further, and we need a local videographer in Holly Springs who already knows how to tell a story through a lens.
This is not a freelance gig. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.
What You Will Do
You will work directly alongside our CEO filming short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, ad hooks that run against real ad spend, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational videos. As you grow into the role, you will have increasing ownership over how this brand looks and feels on camera. There is also opportunity to travel to events and document them firsthand.
Who This Is For
You have a portfolio of real video work you are proud of - social content, short films, brand videos, anything that proves you can tell a story through a lens. You are comfortable with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and understand the basics of lighting, audio, and composition. You move fast, bring ideas to the shoot, and do not need hand-holding on every setup. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
