Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and promoting safe consumption.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons promptly without compromising quality.
- Assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Demonstrated ability in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math ensures accurate transactions.
