Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including shots, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth service during shifts
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience with a strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy mornings
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
- Previous VFW or other Post/Club experience is a plus
