Line Cook VFW Post 762

We're hiring a full-time line cook at VFW Post 762. Hours of operation are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Responsible for ordering and maintaining the kitchen

Menu is short order

Responsiblities

Set up and maintain stock inventory

Prepare and cook menu items. (Appetizers and short-order items)

Maintain portion control

Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety regulations.

Maintain inventory and provide monthly updates on food cost and inventory.

Salary based on experience

Requirements:

1 year of short-order cooking

Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule:

Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
