What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at VFP INC?
Responsible for maintaining clean and hazard-free office and production areas.
- Clean break room to include wiping tables, picking up trash, sweeping and mopping
- Clean restrooms in plant and office areas
- Clean office area to include sweeping, mopping and emptying trash
- Empty dumpster and trash cans as needed
- Clean/Sweep around buildings on the track
- Sweep around saws, tables, and production areas
- Operate cardboard compactor
- Assist in safety painting/striping when required
- Maintain good housekeeping practices with an emphasis on safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
