SAP S/4HANA MMPP Functional Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP S/4HANA MMPP (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Planning, and Production) Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. Duties

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA MMPP modules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, business analysts, and IT infrastructure specialists to develop comprehensive system solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis to identify gaps and translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Support solution architecture development by integrating SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance of SAP modules and related applications.
• Manage system configuration management, version control, and deployment processes following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex issues involving system design, database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and system integration points like RESTful APIs and web services.

Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA modules related to Manufacturing Planning (MMPP) including production planning, materials management, and plant maintenance.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture principles, and enterprise solutions implementation.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, data integration techniques, and database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including cloud security (AWS), virtualization (ESXi), load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP configurations.
• Hands-on experience with software development tools such as JavaScript, Python, Shell scripting, Git version control systems, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with application development frameworks including React Express or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis and business process modeling using tools like Simulink or system architecture diagrams.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT security practices including vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, system hardening, information security policies, and vulnerability management strategies.
