Since 1986, VFC Lightning Protection has been an industry leader in designing and installing lightning protection systems across the country. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can become a trusted partner in helping our Project Management team stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving forward.

• What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage project documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for project teams.
• Track project milestones, action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other project documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist with procurement activities, material orders, lift equipment scheduling, and project logistics.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate project information.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
• Help ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.
• What We're Looking For:

• 18 years old
• Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.

Pay: $19 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
