Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant supporting our COO, you will play a key role in helping maintain organization, efficiency, and communication across multiple areas of the business. This position requires someone who is dependable, adaptable, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
By handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, you will help enable leadership to focus on strategic company initiatives and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage special projects
- Oversee and support the Employee Appreciation Program
- Plan and coordinate internal company events, including summits, holiday parties, team lunches, and meetings
- Book and manage executive travel arrangements
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Maintain organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Experience supporting executive or C-level leadership
- Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
