The Senior Manager of Marketing Production at Vans will oversee and direct all aspects of marketing production to ensure that our campaigns and promotional materials meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and timeliness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, optimizing production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Manage and direct all marketing production activities to ensure that campaign targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are met. Create and implement production schedules that align with marketing campaign timelines and maximize resource utilization. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the quality of marketing materials. Lead, motivate, and manage marketing production team. Work closely with marketing, creative, procurement, and quality control departments to ensure seamless production operations. Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Develop and manage the marketing production budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Provide input into strategic decisions affecting the marketing production area and contribute to campaign planning. What do you need to succeed? Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 7 years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Experience in a marketing production management role in the footwear or apparel industry. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management and production processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. In-depth understanding of marketing production processes. Ability to adapt to evolving creative demands, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges while maintaining high-quality output. Now WE have a question for YOU. Are you in? Hiring Range: $129,600.00 USD - $162,000.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
