Infection Prevention / Staff Development Nurse (RN)

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee the facility's Infection Prevention Program in alignment with CDC, CMS, and state regulations

Monitor, track, trend, and report infection data with accuracy and urgency

Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective action plans to ensure regulatory readiness

Educate, train, and competency-test staff to support best clinical practices

Serve as a clinical resource and compliance champion across all departments
What We're Looking For:

Active RN license (required)

Strong knowledge of infection control, surveillance, and regulatory compliance
