Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, high-energy individual to join our team as a part-time Guest Relations Coordinator. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and team members. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a professional, people-focused setting.
This position is part-time, two days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Exact days are open for discussion, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. Best of all--no weekends, holidays, or evening hours are required!
Primary responsibilities include answering and directing front desk calls, greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, and supporting various team and facility projects. You'll be a key contributor to our positive workplace culture and help ensure every guest interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.
Requirements:
- Friendly, organized, and proactive with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- High personal integrity and professionalism
- Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
