What You'll Do
As Administrator, you will be responsible for guiding the overall success of the community by providing leadership in resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, customer service, and financial stewardship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day operations of the care center
- Supporting and developing department leaders and team members
- Creating a positive culture focused on resident well-being and team engagement
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Driving quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives
- Managing operational and financial goals
- Strengthening relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and referral sources
- Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Serving as an ambassador for Clover Care Center within the local community

Qualifications
Successful candidates will typically possess:
