Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning & Execution: Designing monthly calendars with diverse, person-quality life.
- Resident Assessment: Conducting assessments of resident interests, abilities, and needs to tailor activities appropriately.
- Documentation & Care Planning: Tracking attendance and documenting participation to ensure goals are met and to support care plans.
- Collaboration: Working with nursing and care teams to ensure activities meet physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Resource Management: Managing the budget for supplies and maintaining activity equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior living, activity planning, or a related role.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to motivate residents.
- A positive attitude and a heart for serving others
