- Deliver individualized physical therapy services focused on restoring strength, mobility, and independence
- Partner with a collaborative care team including nursing, rehab, and support staff
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource while promoting a positive, encouraging environment
- Help create an atmosphere where residents feel empowered and supported in their care journey
