What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services that support residents' physical, cognitive, and functional goals.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Help residents maximize independence and safely participate in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established therapy standards.
- Create positive experiences for residents and their families through compassionate care and communication.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist or COTA license in Nebraska.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
