What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
- Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in keeping our community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and team members.
- Work with other departments to support an exceptional resident experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license required.
