Program Overview
The Director of Nursing in Training Program is a structured development experience lasting approximately 6 to 12 months. Participants gain practical exposure to the essential responsibilities of nursing leadership while working closely with seasoned clinical professionals.

Qualifications
To be considered, candidates should possess:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- At least five years of long-term care nursing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate within the Vetter Senior Living network
