Building Maintenance Supervisor
Our Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by ensuring our community is safe, well-maintained, and operating at its best. This position is responsible for overseeing building and grounds maintenance while leading the maintenance team to provide an exceptional living environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds.
- Coordinate services and projects with external contractors and vendors.
- Lead, support, and supervise the maintenance department to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3--5 years of related experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a skilled trade.
- Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality environment for residents.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving materials and equipment.
- Valid driver's license required.
